Véronique and Jean-Jacques are pleased to welcome you in their holiday cottage, Arces-sur-Gironde, country village, close to the Sea (4 kms). The first beaches being 8 KMS. Provision for free for your baby: bed umbrella + mattress 5cm, bath, bottle warmer, cane from 0 to 3 years complete stroller, baby lange and Chair high baby.

ACTIVITIES of ROYAN, the country ROYANNAIS and SA REGION: la Palmyre Zoo, mountain bike tracks, thalassotherapy, thermalism in Saujon, Jonzac Caribbean la Rochelle and Franco Follies, public golf course 18 holes renamed, hippodrome, Karting, Port Marina (boat jetski rental), Tennis, swimming, Sports water (sailing school), hiking, horseback, fishing, Casino, Cinema, Bars, discos, leisure park children's clubs...

House rules

It is possible to smoke only on the outside of the house. Pets are allowed if they are clean and quiet. An additional security deposit is required for our animal friends of 150 €. Tourist tax 1.65 € per person per day for over 18 years.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
