Description

The Canopée des Landes is an Airial located in Arjuzanx (40) in the middle of bicentennial oaks and pines. The Canopée is an ideal place of renewal for your stays with friends, your family reunions, for your week-ends or holidays, for your relaxing or festive stays! The capacity is 20 to 30 people spread over 4 gites: - L'Oustaù: a typical Landaise main house of 260 m2 including a winter lounge where you can enjoy your moments of conviviality at the corner of the fireplace, a summer lounge with TV, stereo, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 tables that can accommodate 30 people. On the ground floor, you have a family suite consists of two bedrooms (one with 160 bed and the other with 2 single beds) connected by a shared bathroom and a toilet. On the floor, a room with bed of 160, a dormitory of 4 to 6 beds and a bathroom (2 basins + bathtub) and a separated TOILET. You will enjoy the terrace overlooking the garden and the Landes forest for your lunches or dinners (in season), Plancha available. - The Carriou: this cottage includes on the ground floor a room with bed 180, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find the dormitory with 4 single beds and 1 double bed 140. Sheltered terrace. - The Tchanquée: this cottage is composed of a living / dining room / lounge with a fireplace + a kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms (160 beds), a bathroom (walk-in shower + basin) and a separate toilet. - La Bergerie: completely renovated, this cottage offers 4 bedrooms each with its bathroom and toilet, living room, kitchen, dining room. It has a private swimming pool 14 m long. All the accommodations are equipped with storage in the rooms. Cot and high chair are provided for baby. The wi-fi is installed. In season, you can cool off in our 2 pools (14x4m swimming hall or 6m x 6m square) or simply read a good book in the shade of a bicentennial oak. To liven up your days on the estate, games are available: pétanque, Mölkky, board games and card games! Parking at the entrance of the property. Many activities outside the area: Lake Arjuzanx (5 minutes by car) is a sumptuous decor for your walks, joggings or trips by bicycle. A supervised beach is open in summer season and a nautical club will allow you to practice aquatic activities! If you want to go to the ocean, you will find the beautiful beaches of Mimizan and Contis at 30 min. At 20min, the ecomuseum of Marquèze to understand how life in the Landes worked in the last century. We are exactly 1 hour between the Basque Country and Bordeaux.
