This 2 bedroomed large self catering villa, with Wi-Fi, sleeps 4, with shared swimming pool is on a small private secure complex, in Arpora, North Goa, with 24hr security overlooking an old salt lake The complex is quiet and peaceful with just the surrounding noise of birdsong and wildlife around

Resort

Monte Carlo Retreat is on a small quiet residential complex. it is made up of a few villas and apartments and is conveniently located in Central Arpora.

It has a large swimming pool.

The resort offers subject to availability;

The on site pool is for the use of all site guests during pool hours.

The Accommodation

A beautiful spacious villa located in the heart of Arpora, lounge around the gardens or take a splash in the pool. The site is quiet and has views over fields, idea for watching the local wildlife. Shops and restaurants are very close by making this a good location for a family stay in Goa.

Getting around

Quiet and peaceful but only minutes away from shops, restaurants and bars, you can walk to Arpora within 15 minutes. Arpora has a local supermarket and wine store plus fresh fruit and veg for shopping needs. ATM’s, & chemists. Calangute and Baga is 5 minutes away by Bus, Tuk-Tuks or taxi. We have taxi driver and tut-tut driver numbers on request. Taxi drivers won’t miss you! Taxi, taxi. Yep you won’t go far without being asked if you want one. There are lots to choose from. If you want to be more independent, bike or car hire is easily done. Buses to Calangute or Anjuna run close by.

Interaction with guest

I give my guests space but I am available if needed Please note that this is self catering accommodation. As such if you are looking for services of starred hotels then this may not be the right choice for you as you don't get daily housekeeping included nor any room service as in hotels. Daily housekeeping can be made available at an extra cost but there is no room service. If you are not sure then discuss it first before booking. We are on site if needed for maintenance issues You will be met at the airport or rail station by our driver if you have requested him I will provide my Whatsapp no for communication Full access to the accommodation and resort amenities

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
