This amazing 1 bedroom suite apartment is much more than a holiday home. It offers all the comforts that one looks for on a holiday - spacious bed room, equipped kitchenette, vibrant living room, 2 private balconies with amazing view.

Our apartment is 820 sq feet with spacious bed room & large living room. 2 adults can be accommodated in the bed room and additional 2 guests can be accommodated in the living room on a sofa *** bed (max 4 guests).

1. Fully equipped kitchen - microwave, toaster, tea/ coffee kettle, fridge, induction stove, utensils..

2. Beautiful swimming pool

3. A well equipped gym & club room - steam/ sauna, jacuzzi & recreation room with table tennis, carom board etc.

The quaint & serene neighborhood, but not far from local amenities.

• Club Cubana & Saturday night market - 1 mile.

• Las Veigas super market: 800 meters.

• Baga beach, Calangute & Anjuna - 10 min drive

• Local shopping areas, restaurants & bar - all in close vicinity.

Baga/ Calangute: 8 -10 minutes drive

Candolim/ Anjuna/ Vegator: 15 - 20 min drive

Morjim/ Ashvem: 20 - 30 min drive.

Thivim train station: 15 kms

Max 4 guests can be accommodated in the apartment. There is a sofa *** bed in living room (for 3rd/ 4th guest)

a. Clean & fresh room at check in & final cleaning at check out. Additional cleaning, (during stay) will be on request & prior notice, at a supplement cost.

b. Initial supply of bed linen and towels. Additional Linen change (during stay) will be on request & prior notice, at a supplement cost.

2. NOT Included/ Not provided:

a. Toiletries

b. Any food / beverage.

c. Towels for public area - pool/ beach.

3. We may not take a security deposit at time of booking, but at the time of check in, a damage deposit will be required.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
