This is an offering of a one-bedroom apartment, which can accommodate up to three people. The property features a swimming pool, a garden and the apartment promises a comfortable stay. Ample parking space is available for those on a road trip.Your Space

This apartment on offer is part of a well-developed residential complex. The shared pool in the property premises is perfect for a refreshing swim on a balmy day. Dotted with loungers on one side, the poolside sets up the mood for some quiet time with your favourite book. An abundance of swaying palms enhances the refreshing ambience created by the pool. The apartment on offer houses a living-cum-dining area furnished with a comfy sofa that can double up into a bed, a couple of bar stools, a generous dinette, and a wall-mounted television. It also features a compact kitchenette equipped with an induction plate and an oven to facilitate basic cooking. A refrigerator and utensils are also provided here, so you can stock up on your favourite beverage. The bedroom is air-conditioned and houses a double bed with side tables, a mirrored wardrobe, and cabinets for storage convenience.

How do damage deposits work?
