Description

The apartment is located in Neos Kosmos, a quite, safe area and the most convenient spot just 4 km from the heart of Athens (Syntagma Square) and 5 km from the seaside (Faliro). It is a cozy, fully equipped, simply decorated and comfortable apartment perfectly hosting either a couple or a 3-member family and an extra guest. The spot is also optimal for transportation by public mass media as the Tram Station (connecting the center of Athens with all the seaside suburbs to the South) is just a 5-minute walk and, additionally, the Metro Station (Red line) is only a 10-minute walk providing easy access to the center and all the suburbs of Athens and the International Airport in Spata. In the neighborhood you will find all the necessities you need and plenty of choices so as you enjoy your stay in Greece and feel like home!

The house is a through-apartment on the 4th floor of a 5-storey block of flats. There is a lift so you don’t have to worry about the stairs! It is very sunny and airy with French-windows in all the rooms (except the bathroom) leading to the two balconies on the east and west side. There are 2 bedrooms (a master and a kid’s bedroom), a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and an entrance hall with fully equipped desk. There are 3 heating or cooling air-conditioners (in the living-room and the bedrooms) and central heating for the winter months. There are also 3 cable TVs (kid’s, master bedroom, kitchen) and a satellite (HotBird) TV with premium channels (living room) and unlimited wireless internet, in case you don’t want to miss your favorite show back home. It is also welcoming for families with basic safety measures taken around the house and the balconies and a nursery bedroom with plenty of toys. Our guests will enjoy the facilities of the house while preparing or having meals and relaxing in the cozy atmosphere of this apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Athens.

Among the facilities we offer: a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a robot oven, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, an espresso machine, a hand blender and mixer, a washing machine, a hair dryer, a hair curler, a drying rack, an iron and an iron board. Moreover, for our little guests there are bathroom necessities and toddler & preschool toys.

The location of the house is optimal for transportation by public mass media as the Tram Station (connecting the center of Athens with all the seaside suburbs to the South) is just a 5-minute walk and, additionally, the Metro Station (Red line) is only a 10-minute walk providing easy access to the center and all the suburbs of Athens and the International Airport in Spata. Bus stations are within walking distance leading to any part of the city of Athens and the suburbs. I will be pleased to help you organise your short or longer trips around Athens and nearby places!

How do damage deposits work?
