Description

Brand new, fully renovated, modern and elegant decorated, huge 145 square meters Apartment, which offers you whatever you may/need want in order to have a pleasant convenient accommodation in Athens city center. Our apartment has just redecorated and fully furnished with our personal way of thinking and taste.

It is brand new -the building itself is a traditional old classical in its architect Athens building, and everything inside the apartment (furniture, equipment, hydraulics, power etc are brand new).

There are four bedrooms with double beds -one of them is the master bedroom with a private lounge room- and a huge living room and dining room with a table where you can enjoy all your meals with convenience. In three of the bedrooms there are except of beds, double couch beds too. In every bedroom, if it is needed we can add single beds as well. Till 16-17 persons can be accommodated with convenience in our sunlit, modern, fully furnished, with air condition machines in every room, 145 sq meters modern convenient elegant apartment!

Also, if you will be more than 18-20 persons, please check below link!! This marvelous, huge, brand new apartment, has the same amenities, fits till 14-15 Persons, and it is in the same building (just one floor away) from the current apartment!!! So if you want it, you can rent them both!!! Just ask us for special offers!!!

WiFi is available and the Internet connection's speed is great! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may want and need for cooking, fridge, oven, toast maker, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso espresso maker. On our balcony you can relax under the Greek sun or enjoy the night Summer Breeze.

Our apartment has nothing to be jealous of a 5 star hotel!! Number of services on request (including breakfast with 5 euro per person and cleaning and housekeeping services with 4 euro per person).

If you are interested in, i can arrange for you tailor made day trips in and around Athens.

From/To Airport transport or any other transport is available upon demand at an additional but very reasonable cost.

It is less than 200 meter away from the new Acropolis museum, it is next to the Acropolis subway station, is located directly in Syggrou Avenue, outside of the apartment there is a bus station which more than 15 busses have a stop there with 15 different directions heading within Athens and suburbs, and you are behind Amalias avenue as well. You can have direct access to busses, tram, metro station and taxis as well. Rent a car and tourist offices are all around.

Finally, You can walk around all archaeological sites such as Acropolis and Parthenon, Herodium, Plaka, Ancient market, Monastiraki, Syntagma, Temple of Olympus Zeus, Zapeio park, Philopappou hill etch Our apartment has just been renovated and modern decorated (with our personal way of taste).

It is fully furnished and fully equipped. Every room has Aircondition machines. There are four double bedrooms, one living room and dining room, one kitchen and two bathrooms (one with tab and shower, and one without). The kitchen is fully equiped with oven,microwave, fridge with freezer, cuttlery, dishes and pans, kettle, toast maker and Nespresso espresso coffee maker. There is a vacuum cleaner and a laundry machine. Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided. You can have hot water 24 hours, and wifi fast internet connection is available.

We will treat you with the traditional Greek hospitality and will be happy to arrange for you tailor made day trips, in and around Athens. A number of services are available upon request at an extra but very reasonable cost, including cleaning service, providing beach towels and breakfast served at the apartment or transportations to and from the apartment. Just ask for whatever you may need/want, and we will be happy to assist you! I am available 24/7. How do damage deposits work?
