Only 10min walk to the Acropolis museum and 5min walk to the Metro station! This cozy apartment fits two and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay!

Comfortable, and newly furnished, this is an ideal 32sq.meter apartment which consists of an office,bedroom,bathroom and kitchen.

This is one of Athens oldest neighborhoods, and it s very hard to find a renovated apartment like this. The kitchen, bathroom tiles and floors, bedroom floor and closet are all new. There are also double glass windows, so you can have a quite time and a deep sleep in the air conditioned bed room. Black out rolls are also very efficient in keeping any light from coming in, so a great nights sleep is guaranteed.

The space is decorated with frames made by a famous Greek comic book creator named "Maroulakis". He donated this exhibition personally to my uncle, and i was lucky enough that it passed on to me : )

Enjoy the beautiful space, watch TV, movies, Card Games on your down time, surf the web, and use all the necessary amenities to feel like home!

Getting around

SYGGROU FIX metro station is just 5 min walk away. From there, you can reach the whole city. Acropolis is just 1 metro stop away, the metro links to all other lines reaching from the Airport to the port. Tram is also available which can take you to the beach, and buses toward south and north of Athens all stop by Syggrou Fix. Right outside the station there is also a TAXI station if you 'd prefer. Available 24/7.

House rules

-Make sure you lock ALL doors and windows before you exit the apt.
-For hot water, you need to turn the water heater on, and then turn it off after 20-30min, to avoid boiler damage. It's standard procedure in Greece. The switch is located at the electrical panel, at the right of the entrance door.
-No toilet paper in the toilet, please use the bin!
-No parties/events allowed.
-Please keep noise down from 14.30-17.00pm and after 23.00pm

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
