Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is in the center of the town of Avon, Colorado, the base and gateway to Beaver Creek Mountain and Ski Resort. Sleep up to 6 guests in 3 comfortable beds. The condo is on the 2nd floor of Chapel Place, and includes an assigned parking spot in a heated underground garage, with ski/storage locker and elevators. Access codes are required for the building.

The Master Bedroom includes:

Chapel Place has a small fitness room down the hall on the same floor, and a sauna and lounge room on the 3rd floor - both with south mountain views.

Please respect that the home is in a quiet residential building. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. It is a smoke-free building, No smoking inside or on the balcony.


The first floor of Chapel Place has several good restaurants and shops, nail salon, massage, and is walking distance to many more. City Market Grocery Store is across the street (3 minute walk), and a 24-hour Walmart is less than a 5 minute drive.

The FREE Avon shuttles take you through town and up to Beaver Creek in the winter season. The Chapel Square shuttle stop is 50 yards from the front entrance, a 1-2 minute walk. The free Gondola from Avon to Beaver Creek during ski season is a 10 minute walk or easily reached by shuttle, taking you to Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift.

Less than 10 miles west of Vail, Avon is a 15-minute drive to Vail and Lionshead Parking Garages and Villages, or a short bus ride on the ECO Transit.

The town of Avon is wonderfully convenient, with great range in dining, local shops, and activity for everyone. Nottingham Park (a 15-20 minute stroll from the condo) has a large open green space, a lake for fishing or paddleboarding, volleyball and beach area, playground, picnic tables and barbeque grills, and several athletic courts. The Avon Recreation Center also offers a variety of classes and activities with entry fee, including an indoor 5-lane lap pool, lazy river, and so much more.

Whether you snowboard, ski, snowshoe, hike, bike, fish, golf, or just enjoy a trip out to the mountains, we wish you a great holiday at our Avon Colorado Rental.

Getting around

The closest shuttle stop is a 1 minute walk from Chapel Place front entrance. The free Avon shuttles take you around town or up to Beaver Creek. Avon is also a walking friendly town. The gondola from Avon to Beaver Creek is an easy 10 minute walk, and takes you straight to Beaver Creek's ski slopes.

How do damage deposits work?
