This luxury fitted 2 bedroomed apartment is ideally situated near the best beaches on the Turkish Riviera with its fine sands and crystal clear water that deepens slowly offering safe bathing. The apartment block is only 5 storey high with the apartment located conveniently on the third floor but accessed at a ground level due to its elevated position.

The 5 star development has on site Large swimming pool, Turkish bath, Sauna and Gymnasium

The town centre of Avsallar is within walking distance and offers shopping, bars, restaurants and cafes. The area is also well served by public transport offering easy access into the city of Alanya.

The 5 star developement in which the apartment is situated enjoys spectacular views over the Mediterraneanand and to the rear the Taurus mountains. There is 24 hour on site security at the development offering residents a peaceful and safe holiday experience.

Inside the apartment, the spacious open plan living area has ample lounge and dining seating for 4 with double patio doors opening onto the front balcony which overlooks the Mediterranean.

In the main living area there is comfortable sofa, seating, coffee table, LCD television with dvd and cd player. The dining area is amply provided for with table and seating for 6 people. The balcony is furnished with comfortable seating for 6 people and 2 sun loungers to relax in the peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

The master bedroom is equsitively furnished with a double bed and wardrobe space providing a relaxing ambience. The second bedroom is stylishly furnished with 2 single beds and adequate wardrobe space.

The fully fitted kitchen is very well equipped with cooker, large fridge / freezer section,with ice making compartment for those relaxing and cooling cocktails, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave , and more than ample crockery, glassware and cookware for 6 people.

The bathroom offers a jacuzzi bath with shower over and the en suite has a free standing enclosed shower. A washing machine is also provided and fluffy towels for bath and pool made available for your use.

The bedrooms and and living areas are all air condtioning to provide you with a cool environment in the summer months and when needed can also be used to provide heating in the cooler months.

There is a shared pool and large sun terrace with sun loungers. The area is surrounded by beautiful greenery and the development offers seating to the front overlooking the Mediterranean where you can sit and relax to watch the sun set providing you with a true Turkish Delight. The apartments have off road parking should you wish to hire a car . There is internet access available on site at the 5 star complex and indoor gymnasium and turkish bath available on site

“Wonderful, scenic and homely”

Great location, though a bit of a hill, however good exercise. The apartment is spacious, modern and accommodates all your needs. located opposite the beach, shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk into Avsallar, where there is an array of shops and bars etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Club Elite and would recommend to others.

How do damage deposits work?
