This property has a garden, patio area with a garden furniture. The choice is yours – relax or explore.

“Bad experience”

We arrived in the apartment and found it very dirty! Even the garbage from the previous guest have not been removed and it stank! We also found out that the the lock of the door of the terrace was bro… More

Owner's reply: Ali, as I explain you by sms that I had arrival-departure in the same day, you came in 2 hours earlier than normal check-in time. my cleaner tried to clean quickly but yes, I understand that in this case don’t need to hurry. It’s ok and I sent you another one cleaner to make everything clean, you was happy with her cleaning , I have a screenshot with our conversation by sms. Also all door lockers was fixed in the same day, so you didn’t have even one day with unlocked doors, not even half day... These things like lockers and washing machine door I couldn’t fix before your arrival because previous clients didn’t tell me anything. Lockers was fixed in the same day, washing machine door next day morning at 9.30 , I also have a screenshot with our conversation where I asked you to leave the key and don’t wait for the man, do not spent your holiday time at home. It’s a very unpleasant for me to read this review.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Eirina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
