Located in the affluent and very quiet area of Kokkines on the secluded low hills overlooking Ayia Napa and the blue Mediterranean, the Villa is yet just a few minutes’ drive from the Renowned Cosmopolitan island spot. The owner of Villa Gardenia has paid every attention to detail to ensure an absolutely enjoyable and relaxing holiday for its Guests.

Villa Gardenia s located in a quiet, gated private Complex with easy access to the Motorway and just three minutes’ drive from the Center. On the entirely parquet flooring of the second floor, there is the Double, en-suite Master Bedroom featuring a balcony offering superb sea views of Ayia Napa, whilst the very comfortable second twin and third double bedrooms are serviced by a spacious shower bathroom. A third shower room is located on the ground floor serving as a Guest Rest Room. A large flat TV, free WiFi a log fire and quality furniture enhance the seating room, adjacent to a designer fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area.

The Outdoors feature of the Villa is its superbly situated spacious patio area offering these beautiful Ayia Napa sea views, complimented by a large BBQ dining area on the side and a unique Cypriot clay oven, called “fourni”!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Menelaos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
