Fabulous 3 bed villa with private pool just a 2 minute walk to Nissi Beach. Great location for weddings and family holidays. Free Wifi and furnished to a high standard. Wealth of local amenities just a 2 minute walk away. Large Wedding Hotels are all within easy reach.

Villa Favor is a detached 3 bed villa with private pool set in landscaped gardens, located on Nissi Golden Sands Complex, popular with families and wedding groups. The complex is well maintained all year round and is peaceful and tranquil, perfect setting for that perfect holiday. Families only at this villa.

The villa is fully furnished to a high standard with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable family holiday.

Spacious open plan layout with lounge area leading into dining and kitchen areas. The lounge has a comfortable corner suite with seating for 6 and LCD TV with free Wi-fi throughout the villa and some satellite channels. Leading from here into the dining area with seating for 6 and then on into the fully equipped kitchen. Through the large patio doors you come into the landscaped garden, with shaded areas for dining al fresco using the charcoal BBQ, sit and relax with a glass of wine and let the men do the cooking!

A guest cloackroom is located on the ground floor.

All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, 2 double beds and 2 single beds all with ample wardrobe space to store your holiday essentials. The bedrooms all have large patio doors leading out onto balconies with views of Ayia Napa.

The main family bathroom has shower over bath facilities.

All rooms are fully air conditioned for your comfort during the hot summer heat.

The pool area has sun beds and patio furniture provided, sun bathe in private - the garden is fully fenced and gated - getting that golden tan you always dreamed about and when the sun gets just too hot, take a dip in the pool to cool off, just remember to shower off the sun cream first.

Villa Favor is just a 2 minutes walk to Nissi Beach and Nissi Avenue. Nissi Beach has the blue flag status and with its golden sand and deep blue sea is a popular beach. Nissi Avenue has many bars, restaurants and shops dotted all along, with childrens play areas in some. You can walk from the villa to Ayia Napa harbour, but when too hot hop on one of the local buses that run every 10-15 minutes and cost just 1.50 Euros per passenger, you can visit Protaras, Pernera or Larnaca for this price too.

All in all, this villa really is the perfect choice, amazing location and your home away from home!


A weekly electricity allowance of 200kwhs is included in the rental price, if this is exceeded a charge of 0.30 cents per additional kwh used is applicable.

Nissi Avenue takes you to a variety of restaurants, all very child friendly with several that have small adventure areas. Its difficult to recommend one or two in particular as all serve delicious tasty fresh food. The local restaurants offer excellent Cypriot food, try the Kleftico which is lamb slowly cooked in foil in special clay ovens, or a Meze which includes several different Cyprus dishes, a Meze can take a couple of hours to get through as there are so many dishes, make sure you wear something lose fitting! You can use the majority of hotel facilities in Cyprus (pool, entertainment, bars etc) providing you purchase food and drinks. Please check at the hotels reception before entering. At the centre of town you will find the Monastery, for over 400 years the heart of the town, it is well worth a visit.The pretty Ayia Napa harbour is also a must visit with several fish restaurants and bars. In addition to the fishing boats a variety of boat trips are available, fun for all the family. Water World - This fantastic water park is fun for all ages, open 10am – 6pm and is a short bus ride away. Go Karting - Next door to Water World for anyone who wants to test their reflexes!

“Very nice villa but could be better maintained”

we spent 1 week in villa Favor, 8th time in Aya Napa and 4th time in Nissi Golden sands. The location is very nice, just few steps from famous Nissi beach, very close to supermarket,shops, bus stop. The villa is well featured, comfortable beds, enough room for 6, enough towels for all, however it could be better maintained: - villa was not clean, dust, sand, tissues under the beds - one of the rooms door lock was broken so once the door was closed, we couldn't get in anymore, we had to jump from outside and go through the balcony to enter and unlock it with a knife - the pool was not clean when we arrived ( we already had a villa with a pool, and it was not simply leaves and insects, there was hair floating) - some pieces of cement are detaching from the balconies so this can be dangerous I would suggest as well to put a sofa bed in the living area, there is room for that and thus villa could fit for 8, it is the case for similar villas in the same compound.

Response from the manager Thank you for your review, but I am some what perplexed by your comments as none of these were reported to us. If you had done, then we would have rectified immediately. I am also at a loss regarding the door lock, as there are no keys in the bedroom doors and the guests currently here do not have any problems (I just checked with them), why did you not report this? We prefer to sleep 6 not 8 at the villa as there is only one bathroom, but thank you for your suggestion.

How do damage deposits work?
