This holiday central apartment is a precious place for holiday makers! Right in the heart of Ayia Napa, you have everything you need just nearby you, without any waste of time. The apartment offers all the amenities for a basic stay.

DESCRIPTION

Andy's Ayia Napa Holidays Flat is a perfect place for holiday makers ! It's situated 1.3 km from the centre of Ayia Napa. Mersinias is a quiet residential area, perfect for relaxing yet close enough to the centre where the action is!

The apartment is set in a quiet residential area within walking distance to a stunning forest/preservation area.

The apartment offers all the amenities for a basic stay.

THE SPACE

The spacious open plan living room offers a comfortable sofa a DVD player and a flat screen tv. A fully equipped kitchen is ready to offer you the relaxation you deserve. A balcony surrounded by the warming Cyprus sun is at the front of the apartment.

Kitchenware, bed linen and towels are provided for four people.

GUEST ACCESS

We want our guests to feel at home to use all 70sqm of the apartment.

The closest bus stop is 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

The coast of Ayia Napa is world famous for its beaches ! The golden sand and glistening crystal blue waters are paradise . On every beach there are sea sports of every kind including water skiing, wind surfing, sailing canoes, pedalos, motor boats and many more.

HOUSE RULES

At check-in, the flat is cleaned, with clean linen and bath towels for 1-4 guests. It is the responsibility of guests to keep the flat clean during their stay, otherwise a cleaning fee can be requested at 60 Euros for the entire flat (including new linen). Guests booking more than 30 days may receive a second set of linen and towels at no extra charge.

The flat has unlimited Wi-Fi at no extra charge.

Water usage and electricity are included in the price. A cash deposit of minimum 150 EUR will be payable in cash at check-in, to be refunded at checkout minus any damages.

The neighbourhood

There is more than enough activities for the whole family. If relaxing on the most beautiful beaches on the island isn't your cup of tea you can scuba dive, go on a jeep safari, take a tour on the Troodos mountains, Waterworld water park is just a short bus ride away, mini golf, and all the watersports you can imagine just to name a few activities.

Cyprus is a small but precious island, especially during summer! Ayia Napa is one of the best places to spend your holidays too. The apartment is right in the heart of Ayia Napa. Nissi beach, a clean and golden beach;( 2.7 km, 5 minutes via taxi or bus from the apartment). Supermarkets, bakeries are all around you. If you are looking for enjoying traditional delightful dishes, you can visit Flames Restaurant. There is a plurality of restaurants (Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Steak Houses), everything close to you.

The Ayia Napa harbour is also next to you (1.3 km, 15 minutes walking, 5 minutes via car or taxi). During the day, you can enjoy a peaceful walk and ‘’get lost’’ at the magic combination of the sea blue and the orange yellow sun! You can even try the fish mezes around the harbour; we suggest you Markos fish tavern.

Looking now for some entertainment? Ayia Napa has great choices; the Luna Park, (only 600 meters away from you, 3 minutes via taxi or car, 10 minutes walking) , has all of the entertainment facilities with a fun fair big wheel, where you can see the whole Ayia Napa from up there. There is also a mini golf, right before the Luna Park.

Looking for a pub or a club? Ayia Napa is fulfilled by pubs, where you can sing via karaoke and enjoy your cocktails. We suggest you Tommy’s Pub, 10 minutes walking distance. Right in the middle of Ayia Napa and a preferable pub for tourists. As for the clubs, it is very possible that you know that Ayia Napa is the paradise of House, Trance and Rnb music! The clubs are located in the square of Ayia Napa and can provide you sleepless nights of dancing!

On your arrival we will meet in person. We will explain everything to you, let you know how to move around and give all guidance to make your holidays one to remember. VIP pick up and transfer from the Larnaca Airport to the flat and back is available in a Holiday sedan for 60 Euros one way or 110 Euros return. Driving time is 45 minutes. This service is payable in cash at the time of each transfer and may be requested at any time prior to arrival.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
