This superb 4 bedroom villa (can sleep up-to 10 guests) and fabulous private swimming pool is located in Central Ayia Napa. Fully enclosed garden, BBQ set in a peaceful private location, but only minutes walk to Nissi Beach. Modern furnishings, free Wi-Fi, satellite channels, simply stunning!

Comfortable 4 bedroom detached villa (sleeps up-to 10) with private swimming pool located in central Ayia Napa.

This lovely villa is one of three villas set back from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa but yet only a short walk to Nissi Avenue with its many bars, restaurants and night life. The famous Nissi Beach is only a 7 minute walk away.

Villa Gintare is a brand new 4 bedroom villa that can accommodate 10 guests, new for 2014 season. Luxuriously furnished to the very highest of standards with everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday.

The lounge area consists of 2 leather sofa's (one is a double sofa bed), free Wi-fi access, satellite channels and plasma TV.

Leading into the dining area with seating for 8 and then the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave and much much more.

There is also a guest W.C room located on the ground floor.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, 1 with double beds one has en-suite facilities and 3 with twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe storage and beautiful views from the balconies. The main double bedroom has a safe for your valuables.

The main family bathroom consists of bath tub, over bath shower and W.C and sink with modern fittings.

All rooms have air conditioning units which run cool during the hot summer months and warm during the cooler winter months.

These villas are set in their own large landscaped gardens, fully enclosed and private and safe for smaller children. Each villa has a charcoal Cyprus BBQ and large 8m x 4 m swimming pools.

Perfect setting for larger families or friends holidaying together or wedding parties as located near to all the wedding venue hotels, discount can be agreed if booking more than one villa.

LOCAL INFORMATION

Nissi Avenue takes you to a variety of restaurants, all very child friendly with several that have small adventure areas. It's difficult to recommend one or two in particular as all serve delicious tasty fresh food. We will try to leave business cards from some of our favourites in the future; please feel free to do the same for future guests.

The local restaurants offer excellent Cypriot food, try the Kleftico which is lamb slowly cooked in foil in special clay ovens, or a Meza which includes several different Cyprus dishes, a Meza can take a couple of hours to get through as there are so many dishes, make sure you wear something lose fitting!

You can use the majority of hotel facilities in Cyprus (pool, entertainment, bars etc) providing you purchase food and drinks. Please check at the hotels reception before entering.

At the center of town you will find the Monastery, for over 400 years the heart of the town, it is well worth a visit.The pretty Ayia Napa harbour is also a must visit with several fish restaurants and bars. In addition to the fishing boats a variety of boat trips are available, fun for all the family.

Water World - This fantastic water park is fun for all ages, open 10am – 6pm and is a short bus ride away.

INCLUDED IN WEEKLY RENTAL PRICE IS 200 KWHS OF ELECTRICITY, IF THIS IS EXCEEDED WE WILL CHARGE 0.30 CENTS PER ADDITIONAL KWH USED AND DEDUCT FROM DAMAGE DEPOSIT.

“Convenient and Fun”

The Villa itself is brilliant, the modern look of the kitchen and bedrooms give it a very classy feel, the Pool was excellent and used daily and was great fun, the main en suite room's air conditioning didn't work too well however possibly down to human error rather than malfunction as the rest of the rooms worked perfectly. The living room space wasn't used a lot as we preferred to make use of the kitchen table however it was nice and spacious. 5-10 minute walk from Nissi Beach and about 20-25 minute walk from nighlife scene however 8 euros for a taxi was perfect for our group. Supermarket and Restaurants just a short walk away. Overall it was a fun holiday and couldn't recommend it enough!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
