It is only a 7minute walk to the clear waters of Nissi Beach, close enough to the town centre for excellent nightlife but far enough to have peaceful days and nights in a beautiful surrounding.

Perfect for a fun filled holiday, The award winning waterpark is only a 5minute drive and with all the bars and restaurants on offer in Ayia Napa you will be spoilt for choice.

Watersports will be available on Nissi beach, they have lots of choice from Parasailing to Jet-ski's i am sure they will have something for everyone.

This villa's location is perfect for anyone attending weddings at any of the top hotels located along Nissi Avenue.

So for your next visit to the beautiful island of Cyprus spend it in an equally beautiful home.

The villa is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen including Washer, Dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all other kitchen equipment.

The living room has a corner sofa and another very comfortable chair, There is Showtime TV available which is most popular in Cyprus and has many English channels. Also a DVD player is available.

The dining area has a table and chairs suitable for 6persons. Just off the dining area is a good size downstairs toilet

The 3 bedrooms are all of good sizes, all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed and an en-suit with toilet, sink and shower. The view overlooks the back garden with great views of the pool.
The front bedroom has a metal frame double bed and amazing views to the sea.
The 3rd bedroom consists of 2 single beds, a side table and a dressing table.
There is a family bathroom with bath and shower facilities.

The villa benefits from gas central heating in all rooms, a full pressurized water system, Air conditioning and solar panels on the roof.

External there is a 9 x 4 metre swimming pool which is maintained twice a week, thus ensuring it is crystal clear and safe during your holiday. There is an external shower for use by the side of the pool.
A safety ring and pool rules are available for your safe use of the swimming pool
The back garden is fully tiled and fully enclosed for your privacy.

There is of course loungers and table and chairs available for 6persons.

The front garden is very basic and requires very little maintenance. It is also great for any garden lovers to design how they like if taking house on long term rental.
The villa has side parking on a driveway and parking on the front. There is also cabin access, again for the long term renter.

The villa has white shutters on all upstairs windows, these can be opened and closed from inside, all houses in Cyprus have these fitted, they can be used to keep the heat out by keeping them closed. This makes the room very dark so make sure you set your alarm clocks.

How do damage deposits work?
