Imagine a beautiful house with amazing sea views only fifty meters from a splendid golden sandy beach ... Sun terrace house is the place.

This stunning Holiday property consists of four floors of pure living pleasure.It was built on a raised level, high above the coast line, to take full advantage of the magnificent ocean views, it is ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to spend quiet, unforgettable, relaxing holidays in Baleal.

"O Lagide" one of the best surf spots in western Europe, Seen from almost every balcony in the house is only a five minute walk away.

The main entrance leads to an ample living/dinning area, a kitchen a Wc with shower and private garage.

The living Room has two couches, a flat screen Cable TV and WI FI, the dinning table conrtably seats eight people ... Wall to wall glass doors open out to a balcony and exterior stairs down to the courtyard.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equiped with stove/oven , refrigerator/freezer, dish-washer, microwave, toaster, blender, Electric kettle, coffee machine and a full range of cooking utensils.

A marble staircase leads up to the rooms and down to the lounge and the courtyard open area.

Room1 has a double bed and wardrobe storage, acess to a balcony (Ocean view)

Room2, has a double bed and wardrobe storage, acess to a balcony (Front of the house)

Room3, Has two single beds and built in wardrobe storage, a large window opens wide over the courtyard (Ocean View)

A large bathroom with tub and shower over, complements the three rooms.

Upstairs, the loft has 1 double bed plus another single inside roll-out bed, there is also a WC with walk in shower... All leading to a roof balcony with breathtaking views over the Bay of Peniche and the Baleal and Berlenga Islands.

Total, 8+1 accommodation residence that combines a modern decor with relaxing pleasure.

The same stairs, take you down to the lounge: ample space provided with an additional bathroom with shower, a washing machine, two very confortable couches, chairs and a large dinning table ... Stepping outside on the spacious private courtyard, you will find a beautiful sun deck with a splash pool to cool off from the hot sunny days, surrounded by loungers, ideal for relaxing as you uncork your favourite bottle of wine and enjoy the splendors of sunset. In the courtyard you may also find another table with chairs a large umbrella and a built in BarBQ for great outdoor fresh fish and seafood meals.

For your confort the whole house has double glazed windows and central heating instalation.

The floors are of ceramic tiles in the common areas, and wood in the sleeping quarters.

How do damage deposits work?
