Description

The unit is a fully furnished one bedrm penthouse unit on the 7th floor with an awesome mountain view. It is 15 min walk to Bangtao beach and 300m to supermarkets, restaurants and shops.

The unit comes with an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, fridge, 39" LED TV with free cable channels. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the whole building. The size of the unit is 61.3 sqm and has an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet for the living area. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a single bed. The bedroom has a king size bed with 12" mattress.

The condo has a separate club house where there is a swimming pool and a gym.

I have also assigned a rental management company in Phuket who will assist you with checking in and out. In the condo itself, there's a reception and condo management who can assist you if you need any help. Optional cleaning service from is also available for a small fee.

If you need any advice on places to visit, restaurants, bars or car rental companies, I would be able to give you a few recommendations.

No smoking, no pets. Any damages will be charged upon check out.

Electric and water will be charged per usage.

Surin Tesco Lotus Park is directly opposite the condo, where you will find Tesco supermarket, shops, spas, banks, cafe, bookshop and Mc Donalds. If you need a tuk-tuk or taxi there are always a few waiting there. Nearby you will also find Bangtao place where there is Deepavali indian restaurant a deli and a wineshop. Also within walking distance there is Chef Daniel's The Mexican restaurant as well as small eateries serving local food at an affordable price. Bangtao beach is about 15 mins to walk. You could also take a tuk-tuk or if you have your own transport parking is free in front of the condo.

Tuk-Tuks are easily available and if you need a taxi the condo reception can help you to call one. I would recommend renting a car or motorbike if you want to explore the other parts of the island as public transport is not well developed in Phuket. There is tour agency along the main road if you like to book a local tour to nearby islands, canoe/dive trip and tickets to shows etc.

If you are taking a taxi from the airport, tell the driver to take you to Surin Tesco Lotus Park. The condo is directly opposite it. On the main road you will see Phuket net real estate and a bangkok bank. The Nice Condotel is right behind it. From the main road, you need to turn into the side road Soi Bang Tao 1. Note that this side road is opposite Mc Donalds.

If you are driving from the airport, take 402 and head south. When you reach the round about with the Si Sunthon monument, head towards the west on 4025. This will take you all the way to Surin Tesco Lotus Park. Best to print out the route with google map.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kelvin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
