Luxurious 2 bed/3 bath townhome with private garden and 2 balconies located in a posh gated community in Sarjapur/ORR with 5 star amenities, including 2 pools, gym, health club & kids play areas. Located in the heart of the IT corridor, and close to restaurants & malls. Sumptuously furnished, you’ll love my place because of the comfort, facilities, security, location, private garden & Italian kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The space: Modern 3,500 sf two floor townhome with 500 sf private garden, Italian kitchen & bathrooms. 2 huge bedrooms upstairs with balconies and living / entertainment / office room. Attached bathrooms with bathtubs, and rainshowers, with master bathroom having double sinks. Living & dining room downstairs with 500 sf landscaped private garden. Italian kitchen includes cooking range, built in Siemens oven, microwave, 2 over sized fridges, food processors and cutlery & utensils. Fully furnished indoor & outdoor with Italian furniture. High speed wireless internet available. Private utility laundry facilities includes washer & dryer appliances and ironing board. Professional ironing facilities are available in the complex for nominal fee. Free underground parking available.

Guest access: Downstairs living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, private garden and guest bathroom. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms & attached balconies, living room & office space. Private garden. Fully furnished throughout

Interaction with guests: Caretaker available from 10.30 AM to 6.00 PM to help guests with maintenance issues, transportation, directions, dining reservations etc. Daily maid service complimentary for 1.5 hours. Clothes ironing available on premises for a nominal fee.

Other things to note: Guest must check in and check out during the hours of the caretaker being on premises ie between 10.30 AM and 6.00PM. Photocopy of passport / ID card will be taken upon check in. Guests must return key upon checkout.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Arjun (the owner) a message.

If Arjun (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
