Luminous 58 m2 apartment, located in an old building.

Just 10 minutes away from Gaudí's Sagrada Familia and a five minutes walk to the metro station (L5 Verdaguer).

Capacity for four persons, ideal for couples or families.

Common areas are super equipped: kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, washing machine; one room with one double bed; one living room with sofa bed; and one bathroom.

WiFi connection, and spacious windows that allow lots of natural daylight.

Getting around

Location is ideal to walk to Barcelona’s main attractions: Passeig de Gracia (10 mins), Placa Cataluña (20 mins), Gothic Quarter (25 mins), Park Guell (20 mins)... There is a bus stop downstairs and a metro station just one block away. The metro stop Verdaguer connects you to the blue line which gets you to Barcelona Sants, the main train station.

Why can't I call Melissa (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Melissa (the owner) a message.

If Melissa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
