BEDROOMS LOTS OF ROOM TO ENJOY YOUR FAMILY GETAWAY.Lake Simcoe's “ L'il cottage Down The Twisted Road” is open year round. Whether you are cottaging business trip, visiting Canada,weekend with friends, honeymoon, we are just 1 hour north of Toronto on the sandy South shores of Lake Simcoe near the towns of Sutton, Pefferlaw, Beaverton and Keswick.It shows i am in Barrie area , Barrie is an hour north. The “L'il cottage” is a Rustic 4 bedroom cottage/home with a warm comfortable, cozy very private atmosphere on beautiful LAKE SIMCOE . Colourful mature country landscape with ocean like views of beautiful Lake Simcoe. Shallow small stone and sand wade in at beach leads to sand bar after sand bar, fantastic for swimming and for children.Very private hedged property with decks leading to the lake. Great entertaining area on back deck with fridge and whiskey barrel bar overlooking the lake with a stunning mountain ash growing through the deck which acts as an umbrella for shade while enjoying the view. Rustic flagstone floors and pine interior make this home a very welcoming and cozy, owner takes pride.Upper level very large master with deck on lake side, bedroom 2 and 3 10x 12 ,front bedroom 4 very large 5 singles and four piece bathroom. Main level huge kitchen and living room both with gas fireplaces , laundry and 3 piece bath with clawed bath tub. Big property for the family to enjoy, close to the city but yet a very private and relaxing atmosphere. Close to all amenities , great boating and lots to do with the kids. We have Santa's Village in Bracebridge, Pefferlaw Paint Ball, , Georgina”s ROC .Marina 2 min away, boat launch down the road. Small towns such as Sutton, Pefferlaw, Beaverton, Keswick all within 20 minutes. Casino Rama , old fashion drive-in, antiquing,Canadas Wonderland , local fairs,shopping are just some of the fun things we have to offer. Lake Simcoe offers great fishing , boating, windsurfing and kite surfing as we always have beautiful warm winds . Winter time also is a very busy season as Lake Simcoe is the Ice Fishing capital in Ontario where people come from afar to catch the jumbo perch and other fish as well. Snowmobiling, cross country skiing , down hill skiing close by or just going for a walk along the lake are some relaxing activities to do in the winter here.We are open all year and cater to summer holidaying, weekend getaways , overseas traveling, business weekends , one night stay overs , and our famous ice fishing weekends away. For families coming with small children needing high chair or playpen let owner know. We have some games and toys for kids as well. Come enjoy our L'ILCottage roast some marshmellows by the lake and relax at Lake Simcoe. SUMMER MONTHS ARE ONLY BOOKED WEEKLY OR MONTHLY - OFF SEASON nightly rentals , weekends , open all year long. ALL GARBAGE MUST LEAVE THE PROPERTY WHEN GUESTS LEAVE , $25.00 CHARGE FOR EACH PET EXTRA CLEANING INVOLVED COTTAGE IS BOOKED UP TO 12 PEOPLE , ANY MORE THAN 8 IS $50 PER PERSON PER NIGHT THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO BABIES. WE DO HAVE EXTRA AIR BEDS. LINENS ARE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR WEEKLY STAYS $100.00 . COTTAGE SHOULD BE LEFT IN SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU CAME .THANK YOU CHRIS AND JIM MANDATORY CLEANING FEE $150.00, WE REALIZE EVERYONE CLEANS AND THE COTTAGE SHOULD BE LEFT IN THE SAME CONDITION WHEN THEY COME. BUT A DEEP CLEAN IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE THE NEXT SET OF GUESTS COME INTO A FRESHLY CLEANED HOME. NOBODY HAS TIME TO WASH WINDOWS , FLOORS BATHROOMS ECT.. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Christine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
