Client comments: "Great location, a lovely village by the sea. Extremely well laid out, clean lines and very comfortable. Easy walk to river/beach and even quicker walk to the main street town where there are an abundance of shops, Cafes, restaurants/retail shops. Our linen was supplied (as well as beach towels). We were left bacon and eggs and some other goodies to use which was a nice touch. My only comments would be to please supply some cereal bowls or ice cream type bowls as the large quite flat soup bowls are not the best option. Apart from that it was great and we would be happy to come back." Jo – Jan 2017

“Amazing Villa” - We had an amazing stay at the Boat House Villa. The house was immaculate and had anything you need. It made our girls' weekend just fabulous. Sleeps 8 adults comfortably. Boat House Villa 1 sleeps 8 people comfortably and has 3 bedrooms - main with a queen size bed, portacot and ensuite, second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a queen size bed with a good quality, comfy single folding bed.

A fully equipped laundry with washing machine is provided. Tastefully furnished and fitted out, the villas have everything you need for your holiday enjoyment. These are new, quality villas in the heart of Barwon Heads.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
