Furnished to a high standard, we offer all the convenience of hotel-like services, but with that extra space to do your own thing. All our apartments have a fully equiped kitchen and living area, so that you can stay in comfort. Whether you're staying for a while or passing through we're becoming the travellers choice for excellence, comfort and value.

An ‘Awesome’ Apartment set in a quiet part of Basingstoke close to the Chineham Business Park. With great access to major routes and the M3 Jct 6 just 4 miles away, the property is easy to find and a delight to stay in. Suitable for local workers, business travellers or a small family, whatever your reason for staying welcome to Awesome Apartments, where our aim is to make your stay as easy and comfortable as we possibly can.

There are plenty of local shops and places to eat or buy provisions to cook for yourself. Easy to drive to or a 10 minute walk, whichever you prefer

Why can't I call Nikie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nikie (the owner) a message.

If Nikie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
