Hidden at the end of a winding driveway in the centre of a private ocean front property, Ocean's Playground is a delightful vacation home with a view that quite simply takes your breath away.

The original 180 year old homestead has been completely renovated, updating the home while maintaining its original charm. A huge great room with large picture windows capitalizes on the spectacular ocean vistas. Two comfortable couches, a couple of antique rocking chairs and a functional dining set, ceiling fans make this a welcoming space.

Completing the downstairs floor plan is a large fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, den, a 4-piece bathroom with laundry facilities and a sunny master bedroom with a queen size bed, ceiling fan and an ocean view. Upstairs are two charming bedrooms - one with two twin beds; the other with a ¾ size bed and a 2-piece powder room.

From the great room, walk out onto the deck and enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the sun-lit seas. Breathe in the fresh ocean breezes and watch fishing vessels cruise by on their way to work. With over 1000 feet of ocean frontage and a huge garden, Ocean's Playground is an ideal location for families. There is plenty of safe playing space for children by the cottage. The large lawn is an ideal practice green for the golfing enthusiast. So before you head off to the local golf course, grab the cottage clubs and practice your putting.

Rural Broadband Internet is available at this cottage.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. I have been to the cottage and I am quite familiar with the property.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
