Stepped path to the house. Supermarket 2.3 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, railway station "Flaçá" 30 km, sandy beach "Sa Riera" 2.3 km, shingle beach "Sa tuna" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 2.5 km, riding stable 2 km. Please note: car recommended. Please note: the house has a separate apartment on the lower floor which is rented independantly. 15 access steps to the house and 34 access steps to the apartment.
