Book a villa for summer months and get an early booking discount! ONLY 950 Euro per week instead of 1100 Euro!

Villa Helios is a spacious holiday home with luxury furnishing and a private pool. It is ideal for golfers and beach lovers, 12 superb golf courses and a long blue flag beach are all within five minutes range by car. The villa is located only 1.5 km from Belek town centre with a fine selection of restaurants and shops. The nearest super market is 300 meters away. Villa Helios belongs to a complex of 11 villas with common 24/7 maintenance and security services.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, perfectly equipped kitchen, dining room (seating for 8) and a living room. One of three bathrooms has jacuzzi where you can relax after a hot day at the beach or golfing. Two bedrooms on the first floor have double beds, two rooms on the top floor have 2 single beds each.

On the south facing garden, there are sunbeds and a large umbrella near by the large fresh water pool where you can relax and have fun. You can also enjoy dining / BBQ on the terrace.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
