Located close to the best attractions the coast has to offer. 8 Minutes drive to the exclusive Puerto Banus boasting the best in dining, beach clubs and bars. 10 minutes drive to Marbella Beach and the Old Town with its traditional Spanish restaurants. The Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club is a short walk from the apartment.

This penthouse apartment benefits from stunning views to the sea and mountains and has its very own solarium sun terrace on the apartment’s rooftop. Enjoy the benefits of amazing al fresco dining on the terrace with its impressive BBQ and outdoor kitchen area complete with sink and refrigerator. There is also a comfy lounge area with outdoor chill out sofas overlooking the swimming pool and amazing coast views.

The Open-plan living room with modern furniture, has double doors leading onto the private chill out terrace.

Two double bedrooms with the master having direct access to the front terrace and its own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 1 single bed and bunk beds. The family bathroom with walk-in shower is located next to the second bedroom.

The apartment has a modern galley kitchen with all BOSCH appliances as well as a separate utility room with full laundry facilities.

Getting around

A car is a preferred option but its not always necessary, there is a local taxi rank and taxis are always available or there is buses along the main coast road that runs from Malaga To Gibraltar.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
