More availability for the Thanksgiving holiday and Christmas holidays Chalet plank equipped and decorated with care, area of ​​about 130 m2 to 1200 meters above sea level and facing south, nice view. Village Bernex 12 km from Evian les Bains, beautiful unspoilt ski resort and family open winter - with adjustments depending on the snow level - early / mid-December to early April. With 7 minutes (really 7 minutes!) Drive from the bottom of the slopes. Prices of packages, equipment and ski lessons hire quite reasonable. Many activities possible off downhill skiing also (office dynamic Bernex tourism) whose fabulous snowshoeing, ice skating, etc ... Out winter, remarkable natural setting offering multiple possibilities of occupations (hiking, v T'T, etc ... as well as all the "water" activities related to the lake) All major shops (bakery, supermarket, newsagent, tobacconist, restaurants, ski rental, ski school, the tourist office, post office, etc ... ) within the village. Other ski resorts nearby: Thollon les Mémises (20 minutes), La Chapelle d'Abondance - Portes du Soleil - (20 minutes), Châtel-The Gêts-Avoriaz (1/2 hour). The other stations are accessible by road (the areas are not connected). Ideal for 2 families, it is composed of a large room on the first floor with a large balcony with lounge, kitchen / dining room. Wood burning stove in the lounge. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
