Sleeps 18 - Skin In / Out 3 Bedroom 3 Bath + Den + Loft + Hot Tub and 3 Parking Spots

Our 2340 square foot unit makes you feel like you are right at home whether it be a good night sleep on great mattresses, a comfortable living space and kitchen spending time with your family playing games, puzzling or watching movies. This unit is great for multiple families and also has 3 parking spots for guests.

Our Chalet has everything you could need to be connected to your family or work from the chalet - Telus Optik TV, Wifi and Internet.

The Chalet has a huge foyer when you walk in which gives lots of room to get your skiing gear on in the morning before you head out to the slopes. It also can house mountain bikes in that area during the summer months.

The main floor has an open concept great room which has a kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a large deck with a 6 person hot tub on this floor.

The master bedroom queen size bedroom and private ensuite. The second bedroom on this floor also has a queen size bed. There is also a full bathroom on this floor as well. floor.

This Chalet houses a den with its own private entrance which makes for a great area for kids to get away from the rest of the family or a great bedroom for a private family or inlaws. It has a queen over queen bunk bed and a queen size sofabed.

This unique floor plan also has a huge loft on the second level which has a private suite which includes a King size bed and two single beds and its own private bathroom with steam shower and exterior deck for the guests on this floor.

We offer a family experience which makes you feel like you are in your own home. We offer the simple things like spices, Coffee, Tea, Paper Towels, Napkins, Ziplock Bags, Saran Wrap, Tin Foil and large family serving dishes, crock pot, turkey pans, games for the kids - laundry detergent, Shampoo, Conditioner and Soap - all the little things that you don't want to pack up when you are headed out on a family vacation.

EVERYONE ALWAYS ASKS - IS IT TRUE SKI IN AND OUT? We are pleased to tell you YES, YES, YES. The unit is located in upper Snow Pines and has one of the best Ski In / Out in the whole area. Kids can easily ski out and you literally ski in right to the back door. Take off your boots and jump in the hot tub! The view of the Monashee Mountains is absolutely stunning!

****HOT TUB IS IN SERVICE WINTER & SUMMER**** We are one of the only companies to offer this luxury.

For large groups or for groups with all adults - additional damage deposit may be asked for via e-transfer directly to owner.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
