Welcome to our Chalet in Happy Valley.

Ski In to our 3 Level Townhouse with your own private hot tub (ski season only), private garage and in suite laundry. All essentials are provided.

Right by restaurants, the skating rink, tubing park, ice tower and Free Gondola to rest of village. Enjoy the Saturday night fireworks before sipping a glass of wine relaxing in your HotTub. Ski out is a 2 min flat walk.

This is perfect for couples, group of friends and families with kids. 35 mins to Kelowna.

The space

Our space is fully equipped to entertain with brand new flat screen TVs, PVR, 2 Wii consoles, a PlayStation2, a DVD player with movie collection and a portable Bluetooth speaker you can take out to the hot tub.

The garage has extra space with hooks and racks for drying your gear. Your kids will also love riding the toboggans and crazy carpets on premise.

There's a BBQ ready for your use outside.

For the traveler with business responsibilities, the master bedroom is equipped with a mini office space complete with a wireless printer/scanner and the smart TV feeds a HDMI wire so you can plug in your machine and have a large display. External mouse and print paper supplied. Hot Tub may be available upon request for longer stays in the off season.

Guest access

What's ours is yours, you can enjoy our whole space except a small lock off closet in the garage we keep for us. There's lots of extra parking as we're located by the large public lot across the street.

Interaction with guests

We'll be available by text and phone throughout your stay in case there's questions or you need help with anything. We know the mountain very well (I use to be a ski patrol) and are happy to provide pointers and tips for all levels to help make your days more memorable.

Other things to note

You can ski right into the complex but you'll need to walk a couple minutes in order to get to a true ski out if you are on a snowboard. The ski out is fine on skis but a bit flat.

One can also walk to the gondola in 3 mins.

Getting around

Once you park, you likely wont need the vehicle for the duration of your stay. You can walk to all the Happy Valley amenities in 3 minutes and the Free Gondola takes you to the Upper Village til late. It's never too late to ski back down to Happy Valley! There's also a local shuttle bus that takes you around the various part of Big White. But your main ways of getting around will be walk, ski, and lifts. :)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eric and Bianca (the owner) a message.

If Eric and Bianca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
