Serenity Pines, is 3000 sq feet Chalet Style Home nestled in amongst towering pine trees and hemlock trees with a wrap around deck with HOT TUB and NEW WEBER PROPANE GRILL on deck for outdoor entertaining. 3 Levels of ample room for everyone and sleeps 12

comfortably.

You can walk across the street to lake for fishing, boating and Tennis Courts. 2 CANOES, 2 KAYAKS , TENNIS RACKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR USE AS A COURTESY AND AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Huge Yard for nature walks with a magical play area for the kids under a circle of pines trees for roasting marshmallows in the evenings with fire pit.

Game room for indoor fun- includes Air Hockey, Foosball, Card and Board Games Table and Wii Console, choice of adults and childrens books on built in bookshelves . Smart TV for NetFlix and Hulu Subscribes.

Cookbooks and various cooking utensils, dinner and glassware are available to make a hearty or rustic meal for family and friends. Regular Coffee Maker and Keurig K-Cup , Blender, Pancake Griddle, Sandwich Maker.

For larger families access to 2 dining room tables that can hold 6-8 each with a highchair.

How do damage deposits work?
