Rustic & inviting, warm & friendly retreat, sleeps 2-9 people, couples or small family get-together! This all new renovated chalet will be make you want to come back time and time again or just never want to leave! Main level great room with large stone wood burning fireplace will be the center of attention, or the night lights of Blue Mountain ski hill. Great to watch the Fireworks from the Deck or Great room.

Hardwood Floors throughout, no carpets. Updated Heating and climate controlled make this chalet a pleasure to occupy in summer or winter. Within a 10 minute walk to the Village of Blue Mountain or a 2 minute car ride.

Private Back Deck with Seating area and Barbeque. Central Air conditioning for the Hot Summer nights, cool and very quiet.

During the day a spectacular panorama from the new "Orchards" to the "North" of Blue Mountain. Nicely set back from the main road with lots of private parking for you and guests.

The sleeping quarters are cute and cozy with wood vaulted ceilings. The two front bedrooms have the same amazing view of the hills of Blue Mountain. Upstairs layout: bedroom 1 has Rustic double bunk beds(sleeps 4), bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a double and a single(sleeps 3) and a double bed in the 3rd bedroom(sleeps 2). Common area has a pull out Bed(foam mattress) that sleeps 2. Slide open the extra wide patio doors to the upper deck for unbeatable morning coffee with a visual delight!

A big quiet back yard to watch nature at play, deer, wide turkeys and many bird species to enjoy! Taking Summer Reservations now!! Kitchen Linen paper towels, TP provided. Central Air conditioning included to get out of the Heat and more comfortable sleeping for the hot summer nights. Chromecast your TV using free Internet and wifi included.

We only ask Guests to leave the chalet as they received it.

Getting around by Car or bicycles both work. Walking to the Village can be done in about 15 minutes.

Interaction with guest

Lots to do both Summers and Winters. Hiking trails are everywhere, ask Annie she has been on all of them. Village has tree treking, rides and lots of restaurants, ask us for a recommendation. Beaches are close by.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Annie (the owner) a message.

If Annie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
