Description

The Alexander blue mountain chalet rental is a large classic chalet with eight bedrooms and two washrooms. The upper level has a large kitchen, floor to ceiling windows that directly face Blue Mountain, which provides a picturesque view in Winter and Summer. Located just a short ten minute walk to the base of Blue Mountain Resorts.

This chalet rental features a sauna, a 52″ LCD TV, DVD player, full cable and three comfortable couches for lounging. There is a huge floor to ceiling wood-burning fireplace that provides incredible ambience. The large kitchen comes with a stainless steel fridge, stainless steel stove, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave and plenty of counter space with lots and lots of equipment and utensils. There is an extra large dining room table with plenty of room to sit at when enjoying that fantastic dinner with family and/or friends after a long day on the slopes or hiking on the many trails in our region.

The Alexander chalet now has 5 person hot tub.

The large walk out deck with propane BBQ offers great views of the mountain. The main floor comes with three bedrooms each containing a queen size bed. The bottom floor comes with four bedrooms in which two are queen size beds the two others containing double bunk beds. There is a large well treed lot with plenty of conservation lands in the back yard. This amazing chalet rental offers 2,310 sq. ft. of living space on three separate levels with parking for six vehicles.

Shops, restaurants and night life can be found at The Village at Blue Mountain which is only a short ten minute walk away. By car you are only ten minutes from Collingwood and three minutes away from North wind Beach. You are literally two minutes away from amazing and challenging golf at Monterra Gold Resort at the base of Blue Mountain.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
