Description

Within walking distance to the Blue Mountain Village, this Swiss chalet style cottage is the left side of a triplex building, can accommodate up to 20 people with a total of 8 bedrooms, a large deck with a BBQ, and a private Hot Tub. This chalet is in a perfect location for a larger group getting together or family reunion

This area of Tyrolean Lane is all rental chalets making for a lively and fun atmosphere on the weekends but is generally quiet during the week.

This 8 bedroom chalet is 3 story, one of the triplex building with another two chalets side by side, each with over 2000 square feet in size. The 3 chalets are a very similar style and layout with slightly different interior decorations. Each chalet has a private hot tub for guest to use. Total together all 3 chalets can accommodate up to 60 people comfortably.

There is a private hot tub located at the back of this cottage that is used all year around. There is also a fire pit located in the backyard for the building and can be used for either of the three chalets

The upper floor is an open concept with a very large living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate large gatherings and a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV/DVD player, satellite TV, and Free wireless internet. The Internet is slower than you are used to in a town or city. Heavy downloading and weather affects the signal.

The main floor has 4 bedrooms with one queen/or double sized bed in each bedroom. There are also (1.5) bathrooms on this floor. Downstairs in the lower level, there are 4 bedrooms with one double size bed in each of 2 bedrooms and remaining two bedroom has one double size bunk bed. There is one full bathroom on this floor.

All bedrooms are small cottage style bedrooms and are perfect for short stays. No master bedrooms or en-suites overall this cottage is rather basic, nothing fancy.

This chalet is a 15-minute walk to the Village at Blue Mountain or a 2-minute drive to the main parking lots and 5 minutes drive to Northwind beach in George Bay and 7-8 minutes drive to the Scandinave SPA

What's included;

- Parking is available for a max of 5 vehicles for each chalet

- A basic set of pots/pans, cutlery, plates and dishes, dish towels and dish soap

- Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, salt/pepper

- Starter package of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels

What's NOT included;

** Majority of guests bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, extra blankets. Bed sheets and towels can be arranged at a small cost from the cleaning company we use

- Max of 20 people no exceptions

- Must be 20 years old to book a chalet and MUST be present during the stay.

- Rental agreement must be signed and returned

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
