Description

Villa Phillipa is a gorgeous seaside property situated in a peaceful bay in the small town of Bobovisca. The villa is built from the treasured Brac stone, the island's most distinctive product, which makes the design at once modern and traditional.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room. Connected to the kitchen and living room is a terrace that offers expansive views. All the rooms in the house including the kitchen have a sea view, which makes this property very special. Sitting on the terrace feels like you are floating over the sea and watching the sunset is an unforgettable experience.

The house is directly on the water with a private pebble beach great for kids and family. There is also a private boat dock for any size boat with electrical and water hook-ups.

Bobovisca is a small bay with a clear blue sea and some 100 inhabitants.

It is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for privacy and a peaceful vacation in an pristine natural setting.

A shop and restaurant are walking distance away and bigger shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are located in Supetar and Sutivan, a short drive from the villa.

There is a possibility of organising weddings and events in this beautiful property.

How do damage deposits work?
