Villa Monica (Mediteran, Wellness, Relaxation and Fun)
Villa is situated at the top of the village with breathtaking view to the sea, village and the beautiful walley underneath. It was newly re-built with three floors in combination of modern materials and stone to ensure maximum comfort but keeping the village spirit and mediterranean look.
Land has approximately 1000 square meters with 3-4 parking places, children playground (swings, slide, sand box, etc.) and outdoor pool with shower. Our swimming pool is equipped with special LED pool lights system that creates a magical atmosphere and reflections during summer nights. There are static or dynamic light programs that can create perfect scene for peaceful and romantic dinners with a glass of fine dalmatian wine or be a perfect decor for a colorful party evening! House has approximately 300 square meters of main living space with 6 double bedrooms.
It has one bathroom, gym/living room (Orbitrack/Crosstrainer, Room bicycle, etc.), bedroom and sauna at the top floor and on the middle floor it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spacious living room (with fireplace, stone bar and 3 bar chairs, home cinema) connected to a large terrace (80% covered with roof and with beautiful sea view).
On the ground floor close to the pool is spacious kitchen, dining room and living room with entertainment (billiard, table football/soccer, table tennis (ping pong), darts play machine available on request and payed separately-standard game price like in caffe), bathroom and spacious terrace (table for 12 people) with barbecue in the corner. All living rooms and terraces have beautiful sea view and all but two bedrooms has indirect sea view. Villa also has air-conditioning and solar heating and it has been rated with 5 stars (*****) for luxury accommodation and comfort. Owners are pets-friendly.
The altitude above sea level is approx. 100 meters having excellent air quality.
For family with a small child a children bed (baby cot), playard, feeding chair and small inflatable swimming pool is available and in special case 1 additional double-bed could be unfolded in living room.
GSM signals are well covered on this location and villa has also high-speed Internet access on three desks as well as satellite TV in living rooms. For bigger groups there are additional smaller kitchen and dining room on the top floor. Property has also 2 standard bicycles with helmets available for guests as well as indoor table-tennis (ping pong) room with 2 rackets/balls.
With the combination of luxury accommodation, isolated from tourist crowd although not very far, with unique position, environment spirit and breathtaking views this villa can be perfect sanctuary and leasure heaven for artistic souls, families, corporate executives or anyone else searching for peace in the place with strength and character and with perfect Mediterranean climate. Boat trips and island excursions as an option! Local chef as an option! Boat taxi to/from the airport as an option! Boat mooring as an option.
From April to October you can spend excellent time from extended weekend to few weeks injoying the villa and Brac island with surrounding excursions (Split, Hvar, Dubrovnik).
If you are searching for relaxation, new inspiration, new ideas, keeping or gaining strength this is for sure one of places where it could be found.
The villa and the village really fit into the Croatian tourist slogan: «Mediterranean as it once was...»

About the location:
Village Lozisce (spelled Lozhische) is on the west side of the island with south-west view to the sea. With approx. 150 residents and under protection of Croatian government as a cultural heritage, village is untouched enclave of old Mediterranean spirit in magnificent environment.
Residents are mostly peasants/ranchers/fishermen and still working in many things «the old way» meaning with donkeys, horses and small boats.
Lozisce is located approx. 2km from the sea, 5km from Milna marina and harbour (ferry, caffes, restaurants), 13km from Supetar harbor (ferry, tennis, disco, restaurants, caffes) and 30 km from the Brac international airport.
Island Brac (spelled Brach) is situated in Croatian region Dalmatia, famous for it's rich history and historical cities, Dalmatian dogs, beautiful landscapes, warm sunny and healthy climate, excellent wine as well as food.
Brac is 50 minutes ferry ride from city of Split (regional centre, famous Roman palace – Dioklezian, international airport) few hours drive from Dubrovnik (Jewel of Adriatic) and near main sea routes.
On the island you can find warm people and many tourist attractions like famous beach 'Zlatni rat'-'Golden Cape' in the city of Bol, caves, Blato, Vidova gora mountain (778m), monk colony, lot of beautiful beaches and bays with very clear blue-green water...

Kitchen, Bathroom, living room (TV, Satellite, DVD, Stereo)/play room, large dining terrace (can sit 12 people) with gas barbecue, swimming pool area with two round coffee tables and shaded areas with cane/reed, chairs, waterslide and shower. Below pool area is also a table tennis room.
Main entrance with corridor, bedroom south (double bed – king size 180x200), bathroom south, living room south-west (with bedsofa, working desk with Internet connection, fire place and stone bar with 3 high chairs, homecinema) with exit to large terrace (table with 8 chairs plus small stone bar with two high chairs). Bedroom west (double bed - king size 180x200), bathroom north, bedroom north (two single beds that can be connected to a double bed).
South bedroom (double bed - king size 180x200, working desk with Internet connection, double bed, TV, Satellite, DVD), bathroom south, sauna, fitness/living room (have one older unfolding double bed) with exit to balcony, backup kitchen west, bedroom west (double bed - king size 180x200), bathroom north, bedroom north (two single beds - bunk beds and baby cot), small dining area with table and Internet connection (plus baby feeding chair).
Garden with bowling on the rope (hanging bowling, photo attached) children playground and parking are on middle floor level and in front of the main entrance on the north side of the villa.
Villa also has WiFi connection capability and unlimited Internet usage.

Very nice villa with beautiful view and peacefulness. Relaxed stay with friends and family. Good place to cycling, swimming and sunbath.
“A week of luxurious relaxation”
I traveled in a large group of friends last summer to get some sun and relaxation. Villa Monica did just this and far far more! The villa itself is beautiful. I thought the images on the website looked too good to be true, but this was exactly what we arrived to. The bedrooms were spacious, beds comfy, air con and many clean great bathrooms. Everything is decorated to perfection. With two living rooms, a gym, sauna, pool, 3 outside seating areas there really is everything you need oh and the pool table! You can choose to dine inside (but with such great weather and views I don't know why you wo uld) or outside by the bbq, on the terrace with sunset views or by the pool. The pool was kept very clean and was a good size for swimming and games. Two bikes were also provided- we had a lovely cycle to Milna one day, which took a while but was worth it for the views. The villa is located on the hillside which isn't too steep but wouldn't be recommended to walk if you're not up to it (accessible by car though). We used local transport when we were there- mainly taxis which was easy enough but car rental would be advised if possible. It is set in a quiet, rural location- this modern villa is set amongst traditional Croatia. Horses used to wander into the front garden with bells on them and the church bells ring often- this could perhaps annoy light sleepers but I found the sound wonderful. The location wouldn't be recommended if you're wanting to be on the beach lots, or nights out. It is however great if you're wanting to relax in the peace and quiet and use transport to go to the popular beaches or near towns. We did walk down to the closest village which had a couple of restaurants which served lovely cheap food. The newsagent there had the basics but a bigger shop in Supetar would be recommended. Branko and the local woman were so helpful both in booking the villa and providing us with tips when we were there. No problems with deposit return. This was the most amazing villa I've stayed in and I would recommend for all- it has so much on offer to do just in the house you don't even need to stray if you don't want to. Hopefully I will be able to return back to this wonderful villa, hospitality and location.
