Description

The house is located in Lozisca which is known as one of the most peaceful place on the island Brač. Ložišća is a rare example of rural Mediterranean architecture absolutely untouched by modern life and in a spectacular setting.

It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house over 150 years old, which was completely renovated in 2000.

What this house offers is an indescribable harmony, nature, and tranquility, where you can enjoy the complete relaxation. Ložišća is a small idyllic place while additional leisure facilities can be found in the town of Supetar, which is about 14 km away.

House has two floors

First floor is approx 50m2 and consists of livingroom, dining area, and new kitchen complete with dishwasher with access to the arch for outdoor dining. Outdoor terrace is covered, approximately 20m with marble handmade dining table.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms, master bedroom with king bed, small bedroom with a bunk beed for 2, and small bedroom with queen bed, and bathroom.

On the right side of the house under the stone vaults and wooden beams, where the old buy tiles there is a large dining area with large marble handmade table and benches for approx 10-12 people and a small summer kitchen with a stone fireplace ... same with sea view!

The beautiful Bobovisca bay is 15 min walk from the house, and numerous mountain bike and hiking routes are just outside the village.

Getting around

The island is easily accessible by ferry from Split, which goes round the clock during the summer season, and several times a day during the rest of the year. Low cost airlines (easyJet, Flybe, German Wings and Scanjet), British Airways and Croatia Airlines fly directly to Split. Split itself is full of antiquities, markets, galleries, restaurants and clubs and is famous for the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian. Split has been designated a UNESCO world cultural heritage site. It is well worth a visit. Superb local fresh fish and locally produced meat and wine are memorable and watersports are available. The climate is mild all year round, with over 300 days of sunshine. The sea is warm, clear and unpolluted, and everyone swims in it.

How do damage deposits work?
