The Villa also has a lovely spacious veranda, where guests can enjoy the amazing Bogazkent weather. The open layout of the kitchen is perfect for family gatherings and entertaining guests. Visitors who enjoy preparing their own food will be delighted with the fully stocked kitchen. Villa Esma is the perfect place for those families looking for a relaxing holiday. From Villa Esma is easy to reach both Belek and Boğazkent town centers, which offer many shops, restaurants and several public beaches. The area is very family friendly, making it a safe relaxing area for families with children.

The Villa also has a lovely spacious veranda, where guests can enjoy the amazing Bogazkent weather. The open layout of the kitchen is perfect for family gatherings and entertaining guests. Visitors who enjoy preparing their own food will be delighted with the fully stocked kitchen. Several grocery stores are within walking distance of the villa. The indoor area of the villa is 140m2. High quality furniture and fittings are provided throughout the property rooms. Villa Esma is the perfect place for those families looking for a relaxing holiday close to the Antalya airport. From Villa Esma is easy to reach both Belek and Boğazkent town centers, which offer many shops, restaurants and several public beaches. The area is very family friendly, making it a safe relaxing area for families with children.

PROPERTY FLOORS

Ground Floor

The heated ground floor of the Villa Esma features a spacious living room leading into a 15m2 veranda decorated with lounge furniture. From the veranda guests can easily access the grass- covered garden. The garden features both a hammock for relaxing and a sand pit making it a perfect place for children to play. The aforementioned kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer and everything else necessary for dining in. The living room is equipped with a PHILIPS FULL HD TV with satellite receiver offering many international and local channels. In addition, on the living room there is a fireplace heating system, which guests can enjoy it during the winter season.

First Floor

The first floor of the Villa Esma features two bedrooms. One bedroom possesses a double bed, while the other bedroom possesses a daybed that easily converts to a double bed. A large sunny balcony, featuring a beautiful view can be found off of one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms possess ample storage space. The bedrooms share a large bathroom complete with a fullsized bathtub.

Second floor

The second floor has a spacious bedroom / living room outfitted with a double-bed.

For environmental reasons we limit the daily electricity allowance to 7kwH.

In Bogazkent (pronounced Boh-az-kent) in the Serik district of South-Western Turkey, all of this (and more) comes conveniently located just 40km east of the well-served Antalya airport.

The Antalya district on Turkey’s ‘Turquoise Coast’ has long been a popular holiday destination, attracting sun-seekers, culture-vultures and activity lovers to its lush coastline.

Famed for its 300 days of sunshine each year, it even stays warm during the winter months. However, visitors are now beginning to turn away from Antalya’s city districts and head further afield to discover their new favorite vacation spots, such as charming Boğazkent.

Renting one of our villas in Bogazkent offers visitors a chance to get away from the crowds and truly relax. Around the town there are a host of good restaurant options, where you can find mouthwatering Turkish kebabs, pide (Turkish pizza), grilled fish, traditional Turkish vegetarian dishes, and delicious desserts and ice cream. Our favorites Bogazkent restaurants include Can Restaurant, Yakamoz Restaurant and Bar, Parlak Restaurant, Pidecim Karadeniz, and Nur Pastanesi (patisserie). If you prefer to cook at home, there also supermarkets and famers markets where you can buy fresh, sustainable local produce.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
