Description

This apartment is located on the first floor of apartment building in a peaceful neighborhood. It consists of two spacious bedrooms both with comfortable double bed. Bedroom 1 has balcony exit as well as living area. There is also spacious bathroom with shower and towels and essentials included. It has open plan modern kitchen fully equipped for cooking on a daily basis with stylish dining and living area with pull out sofa as additional bed for up to two people. Apartment is designed with functionality and simplicity in mind. From the living room there is an access to the balcony with sea view where you can enjoy your meals and relax. It has WiFi, AC, baby travel bed, high chair and children dinnerware per request.

Our agency will take good care of our guests all the time with all our expertise, info and will all in a service of an amazing holiday. Secure luggage is provided on departure so guests can enjoy freely while waiting for a boat, ferry or a plane.

There is private parking place at the property.

Getting around

Bol is a small town so it is easy to get anywhere on foot. If you would like to go to the famous Zlatni Rat beach you can take tourist trackless train which connects this beach with town center and Dominican monastery. For exploring the island to all our guests we suggest to rent a car at our agency where they will get a discount and a map with main tourist attractions and few extra 'local tips'.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Maja (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
