Awarded by "Thailand Property Awards" as the greatest achievement of the island of Koh Samui, this luxurious house is located on a single site, with a splendid view of a magnificent temple on the water, the sea and the he is.

That said, the area is under construction, there is some noise that may -only in the day- to disturb a little bit your peace - precisely at times when you walk in this magnificent island. But the late afternoon and evening are very quiet: we spent 3 weeks in our new home and we have to realize that these works produce little pollution. The house has 3 luxurious air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom (one with Jacuzzi and all with Grohe rainshower shower), a TV and a DVD player.

We are in Europe and you are in our holiday home but everything is provided for your arrival. Our hostess welcomes you on site and is contacted to answer all your expectations, whether the operation of the house itself or to organize your excursions, car rentals or make a spa without having to move .

How do damage deposits work?
