Ocean, beach, privacy.

You can have it all in our very spacious, open concept, modernized 'home away from home' that sits right on the water's edge on beautiful St Margarets Bay. Relax, tan, swim, snorkel, watch the birds or boats go by to in the summer or just relax and spend some cozy quality time with your significant other during the winter months.

Please note that this cottage is in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood with very nice neighbours, who also love their privacy. It is not the right location for parties, family reunions, or weddings. For insurance reasons, only booked holidaymakers are allowed on property.

The cottage is fully furnished and has a queen bed, double bed, and bunk beds and sleeps up to four adults and two children. In the summertime the most comfortable living situation is a family with two to three children. Winter Season Sep 28, 2018 - June 9, 2019 maximum occupancy 2 adults.

Also included are a stove, dishwasher, small fridge, regular coffee machine, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave oven, electric water kettle, toaster, electric fireplace, and a BBQ outside. Includes all plates, forks, and knifes as well as pots and pans. Also includes three rolls of kitchen towels, toilet paper, and basic cooking necessities like oil, salt, pepper, and sugar. We provide one set of face, hand, beach and bath towels and all sheets as well as blankets, and pillows.

Heat pump with Air Conditioning in summer and heating in winter.

Dining room table for six. Outdoors has glass table with chairs.

Your kids can play with skim boards, bows and arrows or with a Wii, PS3, Legos or puzzles. Smart TV with built in Netflix and DVDs are also available for those rainy days. We also have a boxing heavy bag, kids and adult boxing gloves, a fingerboard for climbers, and pull up bars.

Not suitable for the elderly and not wheelchair accessible due to a hill. No smoking allowed in cottage.

As an added bonus you will also have (shared) access to three sit on kayaks at no additional charge in the summer. Life jackets for one adult and two children are included. Larger kayak has a glass window in the bottom and can be used by mommy or daddy who can paddle the kids around the bay where they can see crabs, fish, and lobster.

One fishing rod (Please bring your own tackle).

Small number of guests (1-2) can visit but are not allowed to stay overnight. Vacationers are responsible for providing guest names and visit dates to owners prior to guest being allowed on property.
Smaller dogs allowed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
