Description

Fully furnished. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Cottage with a carport and large covered patio. Wi-Fi and Cable TV. Just steps to the beach and next store to famous Surf Shop and Sea Side deli.

Queen size bed (sleeps 2 people) in master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and single on the top (Sleeps 3). The guest bathroom has a bath tub. There is a comfortable sofa in the living area and can sleep1 person ).

The maximum guest are 5 people. Two Flat screen TV's with cable and internet access.

The back patio area is great for outdoor dining and relaxing after a day at the Beach. Gas grill for BBQ. Private and Relaxing.

Area Activities and Attractions: Snorkeling, Surfing, Windsurfing, paddle board rentals

and Kite Surfing, Sailing, Kayaking and Canoeing, Ocean Sports, Beach, Reefs.

No need for a vehicle to get around everything is within walking distance. However if you would like to go downtown Uber is available.

Interaction with guest

You have the cottage all to your self and your privacy. There is no need for you to meet me for the keys because I have the property on a lockbox system. If you need me I am just a phone call away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bob (the owner) a message.

If Bob (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
