This new, very affordable, & newly redecorated 4 bedroom 2 bath vacation home away from home is located in the heart of Bozeman in a quiet, family-friendly subdivision with mountain views. At the Heart of Bozeman Retreat you'll be a short distance from local restaurants, shops, the Gallatin Valley Mall, gyms, coffee shops, bars, local entertainment including live music, live theater, & cinemas, parks, spas & salons, ATM, bowling, the Bozeman Swim Center, churches, and easy access to hit the ski slopes or practice your swing on the golf courses.

We are away from all the city noise but only minutes from the excitement of downtown. You'll find a wide variety of casual and fine dining options nearby, and several grocery stores if you choose to do your own cooking. Our kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking gear and dishware, appliances, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee/cappuccino machine and dishwasher. Feel free to use any cooking essentials in the pantry or pick up your own supplies.

You'll enjoy modern amenities like Direct TV offering over 140 different local and national channels as well as Smart TV which allows you to use many different online viewing services such as log-in and use your Netflix and Pandora accounts. With two different receivers, the kids can watch one station or movie upstairs in the recreation room while Mom and Dad relax to their favorite show in the main level living room! You'll also have access to FREE high-speed wireless internet throughout the whole house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
