Description

The location, quality, and owners’ responsiveness to all of your vacation needs are only a few of the amazing amenities this newly built (2017), air conditioned, 4 bedroom and 3 full bathroom, beach oasis has to offer.

Brackley Starfish is located in a quiet subdivision, in Brackley Beach, next to one of PEI's breathtaking national park beaches. A National Park Beach Pass is included with your stay, allowing you easy access to the miles of sandy beaches and sand dunes at Brackley Beach, or any of the other National Park Beaches you may want to visit during your stay!

Open the front door to Brackley Starfish and you will immediately be welcomed with beautiful water views through the sliding glass doors on the opposite side of the house. Step into the large entryway and you will find a hallway on the left and right. The hallway to the right leads to a large room with a queen size bed, fan, and TV; the laundry area; and a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The hallway to the left leads to two bedrooms, one featuring a double size Murphy bed with a TV, and on the opposite side of the hall is the large master bedroom with water views, fan, TV, walk in closet, and ensuite bathroom!

The main floor also features an open concept kitchen and living room, and a formal dining room. There is a heat pump providing heat and air conditioning as desired! These front three rooms are lined with windows overlooking Brackley Bay and decorated in a modern beachy theme. The kitchen is large and offers many appliances (toaster, coffee maker, dish washer, etc) making cooking a breeze during your stay. There is an island with seating for 6, and a formal dining area that sits 6. The spacious living room is in between the kitchen and formal dining room, and offers comfortable seating, a television, and a fireplace for those cool evenings.

Downstairs you will find a second large living area with an additional heat pump (A/C, and heat), TV, and lots of comfortable seating. The fourth bedroom featuring a queen size bed, and the third full bathroom (tub/shower combination).

Outdoors enjoy breathtaking water views and sunsets, a spacious yard for outdoor games, and a large 54-foot-long deck equipped with a barbeque and lots of seating, including an outdoor table seating six! The outdoor space is the perfect area to relax or entertain, depending on the vacation style you choose.

To make your travels easier beach chairs and beach towels for 8, beach umbrellas, a large and small cooler, one set of golf clubs and a playpen and highchair are provided!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
