This is a beautifully renovated 2 UNIT 'Old Florida' style cottage......Great Views of the Beach & BAY..... JUST 100 FEET to the most stunning, sugar-sand beaches on the Gulf.

Please, please....before making a reservation request, send me your group info. How many adults, kids, and family groups? Kids older or younger? Any grandparents? What you need for beds? Are your dates set or flexible?

I can then let you know what is available and make recommendations both at this cottage and our other waterfront cottages on the same street.

BEAUTIFUL REMODEL..... This cottage features gorgeous new kitchens with stainless steel appliances and glass tiled backsplash on the Bay-side, and wonderful Coastal Living-style kitchen on the Beach-side. The bright and airy baths feature large walk-in showers with glass tiled accents.

OCEAN BLUE FLOORS.....the original pine floors are a stunning deep ocean blue.

SURF BOARD BAR.....enjoy a beverage at the surf board inspired bar.

COASTAL LIVING....enjoy the charm and comfort of this classic cottage with soothing ocean colors and open layout.

Gorgeous views of the Gulf waters and beach just 100 feet from the door, ....And, the bay is just 150 feet the other way at the end of the street. The island is only 300 feet wide!

The entire cottage has been renovated. Gorgeous kitchens and baths....bright open layout! Cobalt blue floors! New Queen Beds. Surfboard bar. 40 inch flat-screens. On-site laundry.WI-FI and cable TV.

Private fenced courtyard with deck and BBQ grills. Patio furniture for outdoor dining, lounge chairs for sunning, and great porch furniture to relax and enjoy the island breezes.

Guests love that we are within easy walking distance of historic Bridge Street. Bridge Street has a wonderful pier, over a dozen restaurants and bars, shops, and even a new miniature golf course. All the restaurants are local, no chains and no fast food on the island. There are restaurants and bars on the main street, on the beach, and on the historic pier. Lots of outdoor dining to enjoy the sun!

We are located on a nice quiet, dead-end street where the island is only a hundred yards wide! You are surrounded by water.The beach is gorgeous and there are no buildings along the beach on this part of the island. We even have our own neighborhood dock right on the bay!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
