This refurbished traditional croft house is set in a stunning quiet location with spectacular sea views over to the Isle of Rasaay, Plockton and Glamaig. Located in the quiet and peaceful crofting community of Peinchorran, 8 miles south of Portree, the capital of the Isle of Skye, with all its amenities including shops, theatre, leisure centre, hotels and restaurants. The house is set within a beautiful, relaxing garden, both of which were previously featured in Home Plus Scotland Magazine.

During your stay you can enjoy the beautiful garden which includes a seating terrace, one of many places to sit, relax and admire the lovely sea views. The high standard of craftsmanship, cozy furnishings and amount of wood used give a warm, homely and welcoming atmosphere.,With great hill and coastal walking, the house is an ideal base to explore this island. A sandy beach ideal for swimming and picnics is also within easy reach. Pet Friendly. There is a garage attached to the house suitable for storing bikes or even canoes / kayaks.

“Our week at Kerr Cottage”

Our stay at Kerr Cottage was everything we had hoped it would be and more. It was very well equipped and the garden was absolutely beautiful. Woke every morning to stunning views and bird song. We would highly recommend this rental and will hopefully visit again in the future.

The cottage is very comfortable, cosy and well presented, as well as clean and welcoming. Stuart could not be a kinder landlord, offering all the help needed, and available with a kind word whenever required. It is situated in one of the loveliest spots imaginable, with breathtaking views in the morning at breakfast, and the evening as the sun is going down. The walks around the cottage are spectacular. This is Scotland at its best.

How do damage deposits work?
