Located in central PEI in quiet, park-like country setting with convenient access to popular attractions and beaches. Only 20 minutes to Cavendish. Tastefully remodeled 3 bdrm 1800 sq ft private, self-contained suite with new furniture and decor, Brookside Manor offers an exclusive retreat for families or couples, with a pool, deck and gazebo for outdoor dining and relaxing, bicycles, high-speed wifi, and much more. A truly memorable vacation is yours for the choosing.

Both bedrooms on the main floor have newer queen-size, gel infused memory foam mattresses for the ultimate in comfort. Like sleeping on a cloud! Also included in the bedrooms is a 4K Ultra High Definition 42" TV so you can relax in bed and watch movies or your favorite TV shows. The walk-in closets feature ample room for clothing and luggage.

The downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with upper twin-size mattress and lower full-size mattress that are more suitable for children and teens. The downstairs also has a furnished rec room with 60" 4K TV, Xbox One and Xbox 360 gaming systems with a selection of kids and adult games, as well as board games and movies for entertainment.

The spacious living room offers comfortable seating on a newer sofa and love seat. Included is a 50" 4K Ultra High Definition TV with movie channels for your viewing pleasure. Free high speed WiFi is also available to stay connected with your online world.

The fully equipped kitchen features solid wood cabinetry, refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher, along with coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster and a complete collection of dishes and utensils. The dining table seats 6. Guests have free access to a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Leading off the kitchen is a large deck with 6-person patio table/chairs, all situated under a canvas gazebo with tie-back screens. Includes a 5-burner BBQ for grilling up your favourite meals. Sit back and take in the serenity of our unique park-like property filled with bird songs and the soothing sounds of a brook that runs nearby.

Also featured is a large above-ground pool with wrap around deck and screened gazebo. In the evenings, roast hot dogs and marshmallows over a campfire. Bicycles are available to explore the countryside and nearby Confederation Trail. A beach package is available consisting of picnic basket, folding chairs, roll-up mats, wheeled cooler, umbrella, carrying bags and toys for kids. Nothing has been spared to make your Prince Edward Island vacation the experience of a lifetime.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jeff (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
