Between Les sables d'olonne and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie Brétignolles sur mer is a village without high buildings, near the boat access to ile d'eu and the Noirmoutiers Island. 80 kms from Puy du fou. The house is located in a residence with heated pool, 6 tennis court, ping pong tables, boulodromme The access is free for resident and not authorized for visitors. My house has a private woodden floor courtyard and a sand box for kids The courtyard is enclosed of walls and secured gate for kids. The parking is in front of the house and the slow driving is necessary in all the residence.there are some amenity shops in the residence and a good "creperie", the market takes place twice a week with an incredible choice of fish also you buy sea food in the alive fish and shells sale facing the sea at 500 ms from the house Forget your car and rent a bike 30 kms of the coast are dedicated to bikes and walks. The house has 3 bedrooms 2 double and 1 kids bedroom with 2 single beds for your comfort. Bed linen Towels and beach towels are provided. One bathroom and separate toilets, the kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living dinning room where TV, DVD player, and secured Wifi connection is available. All the house linnen is provided, even beach and bathroom towels Visit the "reduced vendee museum", have a day at the "puy du fou" park with an impressive evenning show light and music (only on early booking) And first of all SMELL the Atlantic atmosphere !!!!!!!!!!!! Beach is on walking distance, surf at la sauzaie famous surf spot is 500ms from the house La parée is reachable on low tide. La normandeliere is 1km reachable on foot, bicycle alleyalong the sea side

Owner's reply: Merci de votre commentaire...alors le lit du bas est dur...celui du haut moins...C est très complque de plaire a tout le monde...en tout cas on va essayer le sur matelas pour le rendre plus moelleux .

Well equipped house, perfect for a holiday, with access to a lovely swimming pool and tennis courts. Easy access to the beach, great location. Would definitely stay again!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sophie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
