Entre Saint Rémy de Provence et ses Alpilles, Avignon, la Camargue et non loin du Mont-Ventoux, cette propriété est entièrement clôturée et arborée sur 2000m2 de terrain.

Elle possède une piscine privé de 10m x 4m pour 1,40m de profondeur ainsi qu'une zone de 2m x 4m bassin dédié aux mineurs (profondeur environ 40cm) entièrement sécurisé pour les enfants (un barbecue et des bains de soleil étant à votre disposition).

Totalement équipée (micro-onde, four, cafetière, machine à laver, fer à repasser, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur/congélateur, TV-DVD et internet wifi), cette propriété possède 3 chambres avec 1 salle de bain comprenant une douche à l'italienne, deux vasques et des toilettes.

Un lit bébé ainsi qu'une chaise haute et une petite baignoire sont à la disposition de votre enfant.

En rez-de-chaussée, une grande pièce à vivre principale ouvre ses portes vers une petite cours/jardin qui sépare la maison de la piscine.

Cette pièce est composée d'un coin cuisine, repas et salon. Vous trouverez également un cellier et des toilettes séparées.

La propriétaire très discrète, habite à côté et s'occupe de l'entretien de la piscine.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Laurence (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
