Description

Set in the sumptuous surrounds of the Limonero Residence in prime position on Las Colinas Golf, this incredible villa will take your breath away !  With a feature swimming pool that takes center stage literally passing through the middle of the villa separating the main living area from the very private master bedroom suite.  Constructed in a very modern contemporary design the villa is bursting with light from all sides thanks to the clever use of glass walls and doors merging the villa with the lovely mature gardens.  This is a private gated community and the villa has two parking spaces within the grounds.  Inside, you are greeted with a very light and spacious open plan lounge, dining area and American style kitchen with fully integrated appliances and an island center piece housing the hob, extractor and sink unit.  A utility room is hidden away behind the kitchen and there is also guest WC on this level.  The lounge is very tastefully furnished and has oversized patio doors that open completely to give access to the very large terrace with access to the pool, summer kitchen and external shower.  Internally there is a large television with channels from all over the world and the whole villa benefits from super fast WiFi connections.  A central control pad lets you control all the air conditioning and lighting throughout the property and there are also individual panels in the bedrooms and bathrooms to adjust the settings for each individual room.  A glass bridge with glass walls leads from the lounge are to the master bedroom suite which again is very large and spacious.  The en-suite boasts a very large walk in shower/wet area along with a hydro massage bath.  The master bedroom itself has an abundance of wardrobes and sunken seating area with incredible views across the community.  Large patio doors lead to the private terrace and direct access to the swimming pool.  An internal staircase from the lounge, leads down to the guest sleeping accommodation where there are two very good sized bedrooms each having a kind sized bed, built in wardrobes and large patio doors leading to the private garden.  The guests here can also use the large family size bathroom with walk in shower.  If you are looking for something special to enjoy your time away then look no further than this incredible property !

We usually recommend car hire to see the local sights and for day trips but for those not wishing to drive, you could hire a pushbike or even take a coach tour!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
